One Time Fingerprinting with use for a lifetime!
Fingerprint Archiving is one of the most sought-after PrintScan services and the most commonly used feature of the PrintScan Live Scan system. Archiving is must-have fingerprint solution for businesses and individuals that require multiple state licenses or clearance from several states or agencies. Once printed into the archives, an individual will no longer be inconvenienced to obtain multiple sets of ink fingerprints again and again.
To request archived fingerprints in the future, all you will have to do is send us an email or call us on the phone and tell us which files you will need printed out, on how many cards, and how you would like to have them shipped back.
We stock standard FBI (FD-258), FINRA, and NFA cards, but if you require a state specific fingerprint card you can Fed Ex those to our office. We will print the fingerprint cards and mail them back to your office the same day the request is received.
Hard cards may not be accepted by the state where the fingerprinted individual holds a primary residence. In these cases, the individual may be required to contact their state’s fingerprint agency to obtain live scan if their state has an exclusive fingerprint contract.
Is It Safe?
We utilize the power of the cloud for the best possible security for your files.
We store your fingerprint files on Microsoft Azure's Cloud Storage system. These files are encrypted on their servers, and stored within their secure facility. These servers is operated with 24/7 surveillance and is staffed with armed security guards. The server contains built in firewalls that make our network completely private and accessible only by PrintScan. Information sent to the server is protected both by highly secure facilities and infrastructure as well as extensive network and security monitoring systems. Access to the server on the PrintScan side is allowed only by individuals who have cleared state and federal background checks to maintain employment. In addition to the security of the server, the information being stored is limited to the name, signature and fingerprints of an individual.
Per FBI guidelines, access to the server is also protected via dual authentication. With dual authentication, users attempting to access the server are required to enter in their username and password, as well as a secondary 6-digit pin number that can only be accessed via email or text.
Microsoft Azure Cloud
Microsoft has leveraged its decades-long experience building enterprise software and running some of the world’s largest online services to create a robust set of security technologies and practices. These help ensure that Azure infrastructure is resilient to attack, safeguards user access to the Azure environment, and helps keep customer data secure through encrypted communications as well as threat management and mitigation practices, including regular penetration testing.
Managing and controlling identity and user access to your environments, data, and applications by federating user identities to Azure Active Directory and enabling multi-factor authentication for more secure sign-in.
Encrypting communications and operation processes. For data in transit, Azure uses industry-standard transport protocols between user devices and Microsoft datacenters, and within datacenters themselves. For data at rest, Azure offers a wide range of encryption capabilities up to AES-256, giving you the flexibility to choose the solution that best meets your needs.
Securing networks. Azure provides the infrastructure necessary to securely connect virtual machines to one another and to connect on-premises datacenters with Azure VMs. Azure blocks unauthorized traffic to and within Microsoft datacenters, using a variety of technologies. Azure Virtual Network extends your on-premises network to the cloud through site-to-site VPN.
Managing threats. To protect against online threats, Azure offers Microsoft Antimalware for cloud services and virtual machines. Microsoft also employs intrusion detection, denial-of-service (DDoS) attack prevention, regular penetration testing, and data analytics and machine learning tools to help mitigate threats to the Azure platform.
