PrintScan Software supports multiple enrollment scenarios and can be custom designed

What Enrollment Types do you support?

PrintScan supports multiple federal and state specific enrollments.

Our demographic entry pages are designed to provide the operator with a clean and easy to navigate user interface. The text boxes are large and clear with a crisp custom designed round edge to provide a professional look and feel. Drop down boxes are used to show allowable values on certain fields such as hair, race, sex and country of origin. Data fields are validated and background indicators are used to show fields that are mandatory.

Print Only Enrollment

We offer a Print Only enrollment type to allow people to generate fingerprint cards without supplying their private physical information. Demographic information can be entered, but is not required. This allows for quick card printing when all that is needed is fingerprint images.

Departmental Order Enrollment Demographics

Departmental Orders

Departmental Order enrollments request the necessary information for sending to Inquiries for FBI Channeling to CJIS. Once transmitted, these enrollments go directly to Inquiries along with the necessary paperwork to comply with the security requirements. The applicant receives an email with their results within a few hours.

Housing Authority

A subset of the Authorized Recipient record is the Housing Authority enrollment page. This enrollment type allows for Housing Authorities to comply with their fingerprinting requirements and background checks for residents. A clean, minimalistic enrollment allows for the fastest results of any enrollment system.

Authorized Recipient enrollments allow for agencies that are authorized by CJIS to receive the fingerprint results directly.

FINRA Enrollment

A FINRA enrollment is for banking and financial background checks. The list of FINRA approved clients is kept online and is downloaded daily to the enrollment machines. This allows for offline mode to be able to validate the client list, allowing us to only collect the firms FINRA CRD number, eliminating the need to re-enter the full address information for each enrollment.
